This annual report visually conveys the organization’s mission and impact, going beyond data to express their commitment to supporting local family physicians, advocating for their needs, and improving healthcare outcomes in the community. Through cohesive design elements, we reinforce their brand identity, enhance stakeholder communication, and inspire confidence in their mission.
Design Solution
In our design for the annual report for the North Shore Division of Family Practice (NSDFP), we focused on several key elements:
Color Palette: We used NSDFP’s primary colour along with a complementary secondary palette to enhance visual appeal.
Data Visualization: We integrated visuals to present extensive data clearly and engagingly.
Tone: Our design maintains a serious, professional, and innovative tone, reflecting compassion for our member physicians.
Imagery: We included images of members, clinics and the North Shore to reinforce their local connection.
Legibility: We selected fonts suitable for the target audience of family physicians aged 30 to 60, ensuring readability for both text and images.
Presentation: The annual report is printed for distribution at the Annual General Meeting and is also maintained on the NSDFP website. It highlights NSDFP’s achievements and growth metrics, such as increased membership and budget allocations to support community family physicians.
